Delete the account saved on this device
AR QALBI customer accounts in this edition are stored only in the browser or app where they were created. Sign in on that device, then use the button below to permanently delete the account and its associated local data.
Request deletion of data sent to AR QALBI
If you placed an order or contacted AR QALBI through WhatsApp, email or phone, send us a deletion request. Include the email address or phone number used for your account/order so we can verify and locate the information.
What will be deleted
- Your device-local account profile, email, phone number and salted password hash.
- Your active session and device-local order history associated with that account.
- Your device-local cart, wishlist and recently viewed product history when you use the permanent-delete button.
- After a verified support request, personal information AR QALBI received for orders or customer support, unless retention is legally required.
Processing time and limited retention
Deletion on this device is immediate. AR QALBI aims to complete verified support requests within 30 days. Transaction records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.
Before you continue
Account deletion cannot be undone. You will lose the local account profile and local order history on this device. Deleting the app without using this option may remove device-local data, but it does not send a request to delete order or support information already shared with AR QALBI.
