Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AR QALBI handles information when you use arqalbi.com or the AR QALBI Android application.
1. Information you provide
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, size and colour preferences, wishlist, cart contents and order details. The current customer-account feature stores the account profile, salted password hash, cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and order history locally on your device or browser.
2. Orders and customer support
When you choose WhatsApp ordering or submit checkout, the order message you approve is opened in WhatsApp and sent to AR QALBI. WhatsApp processes that communication under its own privacy terms. You may also contact us by phone or email.
3. Website and app technology
We use local storage and cookies to keep your cart, wishlist, account session, recently viewed products and previous catalogue position working. Recently viewed and catalogue-position history stays on your device and is not sent to AR QALBI by this feature. Product-search matching and same-type product suggestions are calculated in your browser from the product catalogue; these features do not transmit search words, create a search profile or add Android permissions. Our hosting provider may process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser/device type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliable delivery.
4. Analytics and external services
The store uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and shopping actions. Product images or catalogue information may be delivered from approved partner services. Google Maps, WhatsApp, phone, email and social-media links open third-party services whose own privacy policies apply.
5. Payments
Cash on Delivery and manually confirmed mobile-payment choices may be offered. The current website and app do not directly store card or mobile-wallet credentials. Never send PINs, passwords or one-time codes to anyone claiming to represent AR QALBI.
6. Data retention and deletion
Device-local profile, cart, wishlist, recently viewed and order-history data stays on that device until you clear it, delete your account, clear the website/app storage or uninstall the app. The homepage includes a Clear History control for recently viewed products. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and associated local data from Account settings. You can also use our public Delete Account page to delete a local account or request deletion of information sent directly to AR QALBI. Local deletion is immediate; verified support requests are normally completed within 30 days, except where limited retention is legally required.
7. Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, HTTPS and restricted app permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. AR QALBI is a general-audience fashion store and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
